"The Brigadier" by D.Fonvizin, adapted by Y.Kim, directed by Y.Granitova, Russian Theatre of Estonia 2007
This was a lot of fun. The 18th century play turned out to be quite a good material for a slightly comic love story of snobs and new rich against the backdrop of a folkloric village setting.
